INSURANCE
TPIRC Diagnostics is out-of-network with all insurances. If applicable, TPIRC Diagnostics will be requesting a network deficiency on your behalf. A network deficiency request to your insurance will allow you to visit an out-of-network laboratory and you will be charged at an in-network rate.
An out-of-network request is not a guarantee of payment. Please speak to your insurance company regarding your specific plan.
BILLING
TPIRC Diagnostics utilizes a third party billing company. If you had labs drawn on and prior to 9/11/2020 please contact MCCB at (800) 719-0840. If you had labs drawn on and after 9/14/20, please contact Change Healthcare at (866) 500-9722.
